A very pleasant first nose, both on fruit and honey, with however a kind of tingling probably due to the alcohol percentage. The nose remains fresh with some remote hints of cut grass. A touch of smoke.
In the mouth, the first impressions are rather close to those of the nose, but soon the alcohol percentage hinders a bit. And after a while, some discrete beer yeast tastes appear, giving the whole a bitter character.
The finish is of medium length, dominated by this bitter hints of yeast. The smoothness of the nose has disappeared.
