The nose suits with the expectations created by the colour: sherry!. A very expressive and rich nose. Hints of plum jam mixed with spicy and peppery notes. A great nose.
In the palate, the sherry is still very present without being too dominant however. Nice fruity notes, hints of chocolate. If this whisky is not very complex, it offers very rich and intense tastes.
The finish prolongs perfectly the mouth. It is lingering and warm and sherry continues developing its aromas.
