Colour: Old gold
The first nose is pleasantly marked by discreet notes of cocoa and hints of fruit and grain. A very balanced and pleasant whole.
On the palate, an impression of ripe fruit complements the malty sweetness of the nose. Here again the balance is remarkable. Subtle notes of fruit acids alternate with slightly woody notes to return on the sweetness of malt at the end.
The finish is long and fresh, first fruity and then evolves, as was the case in the mouth with a subtle blend of discrete bitterness (cashews) and malty sweetness while retaining a touch of acid fruit .
