Color: Brown
The nose is extremely pleasant, although relatively linear and does not go beyond the sherry which dominates. Above all the sweetness.
On the palate, sherry is still very present, but was quickly overtaken by notes of violets that are so characteristic of Bowmore bottlings before 2000. It is a pity, because the whole had good looks, but these notes are a bit overly floral and ruin the party,
The finish is long and continues to be influenced by the sweetness of the sherry. Some hints of violet are added to the end.
