Jean-Marie Putz

A nice fresh nose. A pleasant mix of ripe fruit (pear, peach) and cut grass. Nice complexity. What a promising nose.
In the palate, the same pleasant contrast between the smoothness of ripe fruit and the freshness of grass. Rather quick developments on more bitter notes come and enhance the whole. Nice unexpected nutty notes give this Lowland quite an exceptional character.
Nice long finish, curiously both fresh and warm. Discrete honey notes appear after a while.
Anyway, an excellent dram.
