Jean-Marie Putz

Colour: Old gold
The nose is delicious with warm vanilla, ripe fruits and spices. A beautiful contrast between the sweetness of the pear and of fine pepper notes . Well balanced and very smooth.
In the mouth the same impression of balance and smooth, but less complexity than announced in the nose. Notes of caramel and cooked fruit give a nice roundness to this pleasant palate.
The final plays in the same register as the mouth. Long and warm, it perpetuates the pleasure of the sweet memory of fruit compote.
