Colour: Old gold
Strong hints of yeast seem to dominate the first nose. Some hints of hazelnut and a hint of citrus fruit complete the picture.
The first palate is much more engaging than the nose foreshadowed. Relative complexity, hints of chocolate and hazelnuts, both rather discrete. Without being very complex, the mouth is very pleasant, that was not the case of the nose.
The finish is long and has a nice balance. The notes of chocolate and nuts are well represented. The finish is actually generating more fun than the nose and mouth did.
