Colour: Pale yellow
The nose is fresh and unfortunately dominated by the smell of yeast that I like very little. Behind this yeast rather discreet fruity smells are emerging. The whole thing is pretty cool and without much complexity.
The mouth reveals fortunately no yeast. Rather, it is very fresh, with vague or acid fruity tastes. Some unripe fruit. Here again, no great complexity.
The finish is long and fresh, still with the memory of these green fruit, and still fairly monotonous character.
