Nice nose with some discrete floral hints with some character.
In the palate a good general impression too, even if this whisky seems to be watery... A higher percentage of alcohol would be welcome. Touches of honey, a light bitterness but the whole remains discrete, seems to be somewhat week.
The finish is relatively short and keeps the memory of flower and malt.
This is a kind of deception for a 21 old Highland Park.
