The first nose is rather fruity and some yeast hints which first hide the pleasant fruit character. Fortunately this hints disappear quite quickly to let fruit give all its potential. Ripe apple and mint. Smoothness and freshness.
In the palate, a fruity impression but obviously less present than it was during nosing. A light veil of smoke seams to hinder the fruity freshness.
Finish is of medium length and prolongs the mouth.
