The nose is clearly marked by sherry, with nice notes of eucalyptus, prunes, a veil of smoke. In short, a nice nose and pleasantly complex.
The mouth is full of contrasts. At first sweetness, a hint of bitterness, an exuberant fruitiness and then some notes of blackcurrant and throughout the tasting, a great pleasure.
The finish is long and hot, and all flavors of the mouth are ironed reviewed.
