Nice smells of malt and toasted bread are the first impression at the nose. Discrete fruity hints try to keep the attention...
In the palate, the first impression is a delicious mix of malt and some smooth bitterness. It is certainly not very complex but this is a very good whisky.
The finish is a bit amazing, as it starts on slightly acid notes (which were absent form the mouth), to develop on the toasted bread register which was so characteristic at the nose quite soon.
