Very nice classical nose with its beautiful malty notes and pleasant floral touches. A touch of hay and caramel notes. A nice whole, rather balanced but not really complex.
The mouth is refined and smooth with nice fruity hints. Apples, pears and peaches followed by a kind of slightly acid bitterness. Amazing but quite pleasant.
Very nice fruity finish too.
An excellent surprise.
