Quite a fresh nose, with its hints of green apple and honey and its touch of cut grass. A real candy announcing happiness and complexity. A pleasant evolution on ripe fruit, reine claude (yellow plum) or peach with a touch of acidity.
The palate is excellent too, with the same fruity notes, very smooth and this amazing contrast brought by some acid touches then some bitter ones. A wonderful feeling.
The finish is lingering and fresh, keeping the memory of this mix of honey and ripe fruit combined with green apple.
