The nose reveals green apple smells. Nice freshness and discrete complexity.
The mouth too is influenced by green fruit fragrances, with however a greater smoothness than announced by the nose. It looks like the fruit having ripened in the meanwhile.
The finish is warm and rather long and a touch of bitterness comes in addition to the fruity smoothness.
