Color: Brown
The nose is clearly marked by sherry. As is often the case with sherry monsters, I also detect hints of plum jam and hints of chocolate.
The mouth is also very marked by sherry. Very nice, but we would have liked to find more things.
The finish is in the same tones as the mouth. Sherry and sherry again. But little room for other things.
