Honey and heather and lots of flowers characterise the very first nose, A great smoothness and malty hints, a touch of mint, acid drop. Very nice complexity, even if the nose itself is rather discrete.
In the palate, a generous mix of floral smoothness and citrus notes give this whisky quite a pleasant taste. Presence of alcohol is obvious but does not really hinder.
The finish is warm and rather long and a touch of acidity seems to emerge by the end.
