A remarkably fresh nose with notes of cut grass, hay, honey and flowers, heather. After a while, some nice ripe fruit notes appear, giving even more body to this very pleasant nose.
In the palate, first impression is a mix of smoothness and acidity. Fruit, green apple and honey with a slow development on cashew nuts. Amazing and remarkable...
The finish is very long, beginning on slightly acid notes, developing soon on a kind of cashew nuts bitterness, contrasting a bit with the nice whole the nose and mouth were offering.
An excellent whisky!
