The nose allies coconut hints to nice woody motes. Quite a complex and balanced whole. Some notes of unripe fruits bring some freshness to this whisky which seemed first to be more marked by chocolate/nutty notes.
The palate is quit rich in nuances and very pleasant too. This whisky shows a great maturity even if some woody notes are too much present.
Lingering and very pleasant finish.
