A very expressive nose from the very first contact, on hay wit discrete hints of yeast which develops quickly on nice malty notes with fragrances of citrus fruit and barbecue ash. Amazingly pleasant nose.
The mouth is delicious, powerful and refined. Unripe walnut, malt and a touch of smoke. Nice complexity.
Lingering and warm finish, prolonging perfectly the mouth. The smooth bitterness of the walnut remains for a while.
