Hay and fruit are the first nose sensations. This announces a nice complexity. This mix of hay and ripe fruit is very pleasant.
In the palate, the smoothness of peach mixes with the bitterness of gentian before developing on nutty then woody notes. A very pleasantly subtle and slightly complex mouth.
The finish is of medium length and the memory of the slightly bitter notes of the palate dominate here.
