A very fresh nose essentially marked by clear and beautiful cut grass notes. Some hints of ripe fruit and vanilla appear after a few moments.
The first attack in the palate is rather monolithic, and a touch of alcohol hinder exists, but fortunately this quickly disappears to make room to delicious fruity tastes which replace the first acid impressions and an interesting complexity making the papilla's really happy. Smoothness and freshness. Nearly ripe fruit.
The finish is lingering and develops quickly from the freshness left behind by the mouth to a relative and light bitterness. Hazelnuts and cashew nuts mixed with still hard peaches.
