A nose with a nice complexity. The presence of sherry is clear. The smell of plum jam is mixed with notes of ripe fruit.
The taste is pleasant and first impressions are fruity, complex, rich in surprises. In addition to plum jam that feels at once, as an extension of the nose, come quickly added the acid notes that give it a nice freshness. These acid notes disappear very quickly, and the fruit and sherry a comeback.
The finish is lengthy and warm, mostly marked by sherry and this impression characteristic of plum jam.
