The nose is marked by both cereals and fruits. Mix of citrus fruit and apples and a touch of smoke. The acid character dominates clearly, promising a nice freshness and interesting complexity.
In the palate, it's first a whole fruit basket which overcomes you, apples, citrus fruits... nice freshness, remarkable balance. The mouth is very pleasant even if it is not really complex. The subtle nuances remain in the acid fruit register.
The finish is long and presents a mix of acid freshness and a kind of discrete bitterness.
