This is a pleasant floral nose. Notes of pine and a touch of hay.
The mouth is a delicious mix between slightly bitter notes and a pleasant acidity. Very complex, developing from nutty and fine wood motes to unripe fruit ones. A perfect balance between freshness and pleasant bitterness.
The finish is lingering and warm. First an impression of alcohol, quickly followed by the return of the pleasant woody bitterness.
