The nose is marked by both fruit (plum, apple) beeswax and a light veil of smoke. The nose is frank, without false modesty. On the palate, important acidity dominates first, but this is quickly replaced by fruity and pleasant woody notes. Extraordinary complexity. Notes of nuts and chocolate provide a highly pleasing to the mouth. The finish is very long and hot, marked by both the wood and chocolate notes. Excellent bottle.
