The nose reveals sweet hints of ripe fruits, malt and a slightly spicy touch.
The palate is round and rather sweet, with however some discrete spicy hints.
A very nice finish where sherry and (sweet) pepper are present.

The second tasting confirmed the pleasant spicy nose, but the finish seemed much shorter.

The first nose is pleasantly fruity. Citrus fruit and green apple. Soon clear peppery notes appear and then the nose is overwhelmed by magnificent notes of ripe fruit, and behind those, a touch of cut grass. An exceptional nose, between a kind of acid freshness and a remarkable fruity and spicy complexity.
The first mouth is acid. Less complex than the nose was, it is essentially fresh. Ripe fruit notes have disappeared. The palate remains very pleasant although far behind the nose quality.
The finish prolongs the mouth, keeping essentially the memory of citrus freshness. Not very complex neither even if a kind of bitterness takes the place of the acidity at the very end.

A very nice nose, dry and slightly spice announces a great moment. This "unpeated Malt" is a real pleasure in the mouth, where its peppery sweetness is a great festival for the papilla's.
A exceptionally long finish prolongs the happiness for several minutes.
