Quite a floral nose with notes of heather and sherry followed by very pleasant fruity hints.
In the palate, very fine dry fruit notes (plum, apricot) and a nice bitterness made from nutty tastes and hints of chocolate.
The finish is specially long and warm, prolonging perfectly the mouth feelings, with its sherry notes and its refined woody hints.
2008A nice floral nose marked by sherry and spices. Very pleasant fruity notes appear after a while. A mix of banana's, peaches or mango's.
In the palate, a very pleasant bitterness, a nice complexity, sherry notes but also fine wood, fruits (plum) and chocolate.
The finish is warm and long, and sherry hints mix with the woody impressions.
