The nose reveals notes of both peat and spices, mainly pepper. The two dominant are perfectly balanced and give a beautiful set very consistent. Some fruity hints appear furtively.
The mouth is first peaty, dry peat evolving towards more creaminess. A beautiful complexity with first peat tastes evolving through fine woody notes to a set where fruits (apple, banana?) Seem to make their way. Very nice balance between bitterness and freshness that appear in turn.
The finish is warm and long, very nice.

The nose is distinctly spicy (pepper) and slightly medicinal (hint of ether). Peat and smoke, but dominant neither. A certain freshness and hints of hay. Everything seems to blend harmoniously.
On the palate, peat and smoke barely conceal slightly fruity hints, while a clear alcoholic presence, despite the relatively low percentage, manifests itself.
The finish is long, extremely pleasant, marked especially by the memory of the smoke and clear bitter hints. Wood and gentian. Impressive finale.

Gold color
Superb nose where peat appears first, but without dominating the rest. Very nice complexity. The fruit notes mingle admirably with peat to form a coherent whole. Notes of chocolate, coffee and a hint of spray complete the picture.
A mouth full of nuances, initially dominated by chocolate notes and then slowly evolve to a citrus freshness of short duration and to finally end up on a perfectly coherent set where the coffee with milk is not absent, after having passed by a sweet bitterness, cashew nuts.
A superb mouth completing very well the nose.
The final is very beautiful too. Long and relaxing ... All in softness and finesse. The mood of the mouth is prolonged for a few minutes of happiness.
