A nice fruity nose. Baked green apples with a subtle bitterness give this nose an interesting complexity which generates a great pleasure.
A mixture of freshness and bitterness with regrettable metallic notes that initially limit the interest generated by the nose. Nice complexity, however, but a certain imbalance. Too bad because the nose was extremely flattering. For the rest some rather discrete peaty impressions complete the picture.
The finish is long, marked especially by the freshness of green apples, well cooked ones, the sweet bitterness of the nose is slightly palpable, and metallic notes of the mouth unfortunately still present.

A very nice nose. Freshness mixed to clear peaty hints, in a perfect balance.
In the mouth, the first impression is peat, rather oily and a kind of malty sweetness on the foreground. A kind of liquorice impression crowns the whole.
A very nice finish as well, where woody impressions are followed by peaty and slightly acid ones. A nice success, very balanced, much better than the 10 years old Curiositas.
