At the second tasting, several months later, the nose was quite fresh, with hints of cut grass, mint, violet and ripe fruit, like yellow apple. A nice fruity nose.
In the palate, the impression is somewhat different, and presents a lack of clearness, still sweet notes, but rather dry, and the soap impression from the first tasting reappears.
The finish is rather short, with slightly bitter hints, miwed with some malty ones.
2006A rather fresh nose, with some discrete hints of malt and some light touches of ... soap (?).
n the mouth, pleasant floral notes, heather, mixed to malty notes with some slight touches of citrus fruit.
