A nice nose delicately marked by sherry. Just smoothness. Noes of plum jam and ripe fruit. Nice complexity. Peppery notes and touches of cocoa.
The first feel in the mouth is rather straight away and some bitter touches appear first, discrete woody notes. Unripe walnut. This is probably an older whisky. It develops on fruit and chocolate.
The finish starts on sherry notes, but this phase is relatively short. It develops quickly on acid ones and finally on a slight bitter touch.
