The nose is clearly floral, perfumed and with some clear hints of honey with some slightly acid touches.
The same floral impression is present in the palate, rather complex with the same honey touch on the background.
The finish stays on the same notes, with a rather clear eucalyptus touch.
A very interesting nose, with notes of smoky honey mixed with very beautiful fruity and floral hints. Some citrus freshness also emerges.
In the mouth, this whisky is initially dry, then goes through a phase of bitterness before revealing beautiful fruity tastes, behind a light cloud of smoke.
The finish is quite long, and very interesting, with a scent of eucalyptus.
