A rather fresh and complex nose. Vanilla and malt, but very discrete, and a touch of ripe fruits (pear?).
In the palate, a surprise less but also without any shortage. Where is the great complexity we can expect from such a prestigious distillery?
The finish is rather long, with some spicy notes accompanying hints marked by alcohol and dried fruits
2005A nice fresh nose, slighly peppery with clear hints of cut grass and ripe fruits.
In the palate, a kind of complexity, with both acid and sweet fruity hints. A touch of hazelnut on the background. A bit of toffee. No aggressivity, but a touch of acidity.
The finish is rather acid and long.
