A very fresh nose, with some discrete hints of hey and a touch of citrus, giving is a slight acid character. This malt is rather complex, mixing malted or woody notes to fruity touches in the palate. The finis is relatively short, and leaves a woody impression in the palate.
2004At the second tasting, the nose still had the same freshness, mix of hay and malt with some orange touches. The palate was first rather dry and quite bitter with nice malty hints and a touch of green apple; The finish is nice, rather shor, woody on a background of dry peat.
