The freshness characterizes the first impressions in the mouth. Still this pleasant vegetal side although moderately complex. Ripe but slightly acid fruit, look more on the side of the quetsch than the apple or pear.
No discomfort due to the presence of alcohol although the initial freshness evolves quickly to a frank heat in the mouth.
The long, warm finish extends the mouth, except for the fresh notes that characterize the first impressions of the palate.
