Jean-Marie Putz

Color: Light gold The nose reveals notes of bitter gentian and some tingling due to an obvious presence of alcohol. After a few moments notes of orange peel are appearing before evolving into heather and heady flowers. The whole keeps a good balance. On the palate, the hints of orange peel are confirmed and everything is in a nice pleasant register of vegetable bitterness. It is not very complex and is well balanced. The finish is quite long and the feeling of bitterness remains quite long.
