Color: Light gold
Alcohol is very active at first. Beyond the first inconvenience due to this strong alcoholic presence that happily settles down quickly, nose gives off a fresh cut grass and subtle floral notes. A bit of sour candy.
The first taste is quite acid and clearly fruity. Here a complexity that the nose had not guessed... A back and forth between ripe fruit and subtle hints of bitter between the ripe apple and cashew. Here, no discomfort due to alcohol.
The finish is quite confusing. Between the fresh cut grass and fruits, it is neither hot nor cold. But it is quite long.
