A very discreet nose struggling to reveal the characteristics of the whiskey ... By insisting a lot, we finally found traces of coconut, a hint of pepper, but we really insisted ...
In the mouth, these subtle hints of coconut dominate. While not complex, the whisky is still very nice. No excess of coconut, no exaggerated sweetness, no discomfort due to alcohol, in short no defects. This does not, however, make it a great whisky ..
The finish is of the same ilk as the mouth. Relatively long and cool, it unsurprisingly concluded an honest but not stupendous tasting.
