Color: Light amber...noted uncoloured on the bottle.
Nose: grass, lemons, apples, wheat, open meadow, aged cheese, pool water, is there some peat in there?...with a drop of water...some more fruit, caramel, toffee.
Taste and finish: There is a lot going on here....starts off light with the fruit and the grass, some pepper starts to develop...right in the middle blue cheese....finish is long with the grass, oak, smoke, cough medicine, more pepper.....wow, this is like eating a blue cheese stuffed pepper. With some water the pepper is less and you get some more fruit, berry, oak, then the blue cheese, and a more woody finish with apples and chocolate toffee, and honey....long on the finish.
This is a very nice Littlemill, a lot going on.....very fun.
