The nose is smooth and very complex. Crowds of odors blend harmoniously, from grass clippings to mature fruit through the bitterness of cashew nuts, malt and a hint of solvents. The spectrum of odors is very wide and there is absolutely no discomfort due to alcohol or anything else unpleasant.
The first impression in the mouth is not exactly what has been announced in the nose. First, an acid wave that fortunately soon gives way to slightly bitter notes, cashews nose. The palate is round and well balanced, once the first moment passes. The mouth is also hot, slightly marked by alcohol. It is no longer on the same cloud on the nose, even if the whole is excellent.
The finish is marked by the memory of that so nice touch of bitterness, yet is fairly unobtrusive and of medium length.
