Jean-Marie Putz

Colour: Pale gold
The nose is initially quite aggressive, but if given a few minutes of aeration, it becomes sweet and generously fruity. Early tingling disappear quickly.
The nose is very fresh, with hints of green apple mingled discreetly with riper fruit, banana.
Great complexity and a nice balance, once past the first impressions of alcohol
The palate is deliciously fruity and fresh. Quite complex and also a nice acidity fruity bitterness slightly acid then goes back to the initial freshness
The finish is relatively short, and freshly bitter notes fro, the end of the mouth dominate here.
