Color: Gold
First peat on the nose, but a pleasantly accompanied by some fruity (plum jam) peat and a hint of bitterness. However peat dominates quite clearly.
On the palate, this is a great introduction to the subject ... as far as one is fond of peat. It's not necessarily me. A mixture of typical notes of sherry and peaty ones form the bulk of this pleasant mouth, even if too much dominated by peat for my taste.
The finish is long and mainly marked by peat bitterness.
