Colour: Pale gold
A fruity nose marked by applesauce but also green apple. A nice contrast between the freshness and softness, between the tangy sweet and ripe fruit.
A beautiful fruity acidity giving a nice richness and a nice freshness to the mouth. Then an evolution, or rather an oscillation between the fruity freshness and slightly woody notes, walnut and green apple.
The finish is long and pleasantly cool. Still this fruity presence.
