A strong smell of yeast, rather characteristic of Tobermory emerges from this whisky. Smell that I never could appreciate. After a few minutes of aeration, some fruity notes appear, but did not manage to give complexity and balance that I like in a whisky.
After a bleak nose, mouth has sweet and little accurate notes. A mixture of yeast and alcohol first but evolving all the same to warm notes failing to be really nice.
The finish is short, and extends the mouth.
