Blind tasting
Nose: A basket of yellow fruits, and dark and a little honey. Besides that expresses mineral and herbaceous notes. The balance I like a lot!
Latter appear spices (nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon, ginger)
Mouth: the start is very sweet (is there any alcohol?) and dominated by fruits, in line with the nose. Bitterness sets in and lasts until the final. The herbaceous side of the nose is also found in the mouth with a little peppermint.
Finish: rather short, bitterness fades first.
A very good whiskey but lacks a bit of complexity to transport me completely.
