The nose is initially quite discreet and fruity notes appear and even some hints of medicinal odors. Finally, it is the freshness of the green fruit that dominates. Once past the first impressions, we are dealing here with a well balanced nose with some complexity.
Aeration helps enhancing this nose and it is very pleasant to smell after a few minutes.
In the mouth it is directly fruity freshness, mixed with a nice bitterness (like gentian) that dominates. The contrast between these two sensations gives a very interesting complexity while not unbalancing the whole.
A long, fresh finish prolonging perfectly the mouth.
