Color: Gold
The nose is very intense and releases nice sherry notes of undergrowth and spices. There pepper, and cooked plums. Slight discomfort due to alcohol, fortunately temporary.
The first mouth is very neutral and rapidly evolving on a very strong bitterness that continues to grow for several seconds before giving way to beautiful sherry notes. After a difficult start, we find ourselves at the end face of a pleasure.
The finish is warm and also marked by bitterness and sherry
