Wsteimel

Color: Honey
Smell: Lemon, a pinch of sea salt, honey, licorice
Taste: Not much there...ok, nothing there.  This doesn't start until the finish.
Finish: Bit more on the finish, some oak, pepper, lemons...with some water the finish got a bit less.

Overall, not much with this whisky.

Savoureur

appearance: Riesling
nose: medium intensity, well integrated alcohol, fruit basket (fresh and stewed fruits=), sweet and sour mix, nougatine in the background
taste: medium intensity, well integrated alcohol, flavors of the nose are back on the palate, a small woody bitterness is added and gives structure
finish: medium

Nose: Light, fresh fruity tones combined with vanilla and some spiciness. Later on some more spiciness and wood tones.
Taste: Very spicy with some light sweetness and bitterness (influences of wood).
Finish: Fairly long, spicy again, but also some bitterness and sourness too.

Jean-Michel

Colour: Ripe corn
Nose: Soft and nice! Lemon drops. Tinned pineapple. Soft spices from the (bourbon) cask (pencil shavings).  Some kind of Chinese sweet and sour sauce. Not unlike some early 90s Glen Keith. Probably reduced to 43 or 46%.
Mouth: Pretty consistent with the nose. The very same flavours than on the nose, plus a slight flowery note. Good creamy mouthfeel. More oomph than expected.
Finish: Soft and long. Buttery. Like biting in a fresh shortbread.
Comment: A nice soft and tasty Speysider. I liked it.

Nose: On opening the nose is fresh and green (grapefruit) seems versatile, at times we perceive more greedy notes of caramel and fruit
With aeration aHaribo candy side mixed with vanilla.

Taste: Fruity is clearer in the mouth with the come back of apricot, almost exotic (mango and coconut) mastered alcohol and well balanced
May be a whisky from a bourbon barrel and grading in the 43°
The ambivalence vegetable / fruit reminds me some Littlemill
Quite long final on amaretto

conclusion
Empty glass smells blond tobacco, rice cake and fruit jam
Seems vegetal and simple at the opening but if you leave it the time to deliver it becomes more interesting and fun on the palate is easy and immediate.

Kundalini

Colour: Pale gold
Nose: very sweet, tropical fruits, banana, some Wood
Mouth: Again sweet Fruits, herb, oak, nice sweetness, long tropical taste, nice dram

Nose: Spring, fresh, delicate but present fruitiness : fresh fruit salad, some floral notes (but it still remains light and not heady). A little vanilla and biscuits. Very delicate.
Mouth: Continuing. Still very present, these fruits (peach, apricot, juicy pear). It evolves into a little woody, bitter with leather, ginger (light) and tea. Again, this is very delicate and successful.
Finish: Long. Slightly peppery, dry, ginger tea again.
Conclusion: No default. Delicate, balanced, non monolithic. Successful. A whiskey was very easy drinkable.

Nose: Demonstrates a nice fruitiness from the start. Citrus (lemon confit), peach, apricot, a little vanilla and custard.
Taste: Fairly rough at first. Especially salty and slightly fruity. Surely diluted.
Finish: long on candied fruit.

Comments: A whisky with a beautiful nose, little complex but pleasant. In contrast, the mouth betrays a certain youth.

Peb

Color: gold
Nose: very nice fruity nose, a mix of pineapple, apple (cooked green apple), notes of orange, lemon; perhaps as fishing. There is also something vegetable, grain, wood. It is sweet and floral / plant / fruit.
Mouth to mouth, it is rather less fruity, even if we find hazelnut or cooked chestnuts. It's round and soft.
Finale: medium length; nice and soft. Some bitterness spring (with wood).

The nose is really interesting and fruity. The palate is well done, but still down more neutral, say. The dram's still easily drinkable, but not complex. Good, but not great for me.
Dominant profile: fruity (nose), baked apple, hazelnut.

Corbuso

Colour: Gold
Nose: Peaty, smoky, round, malty, fresh, rather sweet and silky, and with nice floral notes.
Taste: Fruity, spicy, floral, on white and yellow fruits, becoming slightly peaty and rather aromatic over time, on peat smoke, some tar. Slightly malty as well. The finish is medium, aromatic to very aromatic, smoky, slightly peaty, with fruits from the orchards and some Mirabelle. Diluted, it becomes more on Riesling.
Impression: A nice aromatic, slight to moderately peated whisky with a nice balance and a mineral influence.

Krucifyx

Nose: Beautiful freshness of green fruit, stewed, sugar coated. A light orange zest and cinnamon / vanilla spice it up and just hints a greedy mouth. Notes of honey? Wax?

After aeration, the glass takes on banana and almond paste. Very pastry, all grows on beautiful notes of frangipani.

Palate: The attack takes us squarely on green fruit, which evolved on stewed fruit, which mix little by little pastry notes (frangipane, almond paste), greasy and oily. A beeswax light veil coats everything.

Final: beautiful and moderately long, not surprisingly from the mouth. Not a monster of complexity ... but failure to drink too easily ...

Jmputz

Color: Light gold A nice fruity nose. Ripe fruit with a hint of solvent. Menthol. A beautiful palette of odors giving the whisky a significant complexity while not breaking anything in balance. In the mouth we find the same aromas than on the nose. The balance in the mouth is less obvious than it was in the nose. The complexity is also less rich. A mixture of ripe fruit and green fruit. A green apple with a ripe banana? The finish is fresh and of medium length.

Samhain

Colour: white wine
Nose: sweet and rich of fruits, chewing gum and honey
Palate: much fruitiness again with some malty notes, marshmallows with honey
The finish is Long with a good sweatiness this whisky was like a candy in my opinion.
