Color: Pale yellow
A smell of hay mixed with grass clippings with over a hint of yeast. Mint and discreet veil of moisture. The nose is fresh and relatively pleasant.
On the palate, it retains the same freshness, but more complex than the nose. Sharp notes of sour candy on violet give a special character to this whisky. After a firework in the mouth, we are dealing with a scrolling fresh and fruity notes / floral with a nice balance. The mouth is a very nice surprise after the rather flat nose .
The finish is the perfect extension of the mouth, and the taste of sweet violet persists quite long.
